SYMPTOMSOmniPage Pro 2.0 may not display a scanned image when using a display driver with a resolution higher than 800 x 600 x 16.
RESOLUTIONOmniPage Pro version 2.1 corrects this problem.
MORE INFORMATIONYou may be able to view the scanned image at high resolutions by resizing the image window. To do this, move the Size Bar at the lower right up. This will allow you to reduce the image window to one-fourth or one-third of its full size. Contact OmniPage Technical Support for information about obtaining OmniPage Pro version 2.1.
