SUMMARY

The Orange 386 is a Nubus card that allows Apple Macintosh you to run MS-DOS and Windows-based applications on a second "computer" inside the Macintosh. This board allows the Macintosh to emulate an IBM-compatible computer. After you install this board, you can install Microsoft MS-DOS and then Microsoft Windows.

NOTE: Microsoft has not tested the Orange 386, and therefore cannot guarantee its results.

MORE INFORMATION

To install Windows on a Macintosh, you may need to add additional memory. When the Macintosh's monitor is used, a CGA video driver must be used; however, most Macintosh users can install a VGA board and attach a VGA monitor.

If you encounter problems running Microsoft Windows on a Macintosh with an Orange 386, please contact Orange Micro, Inc.
