Print Manager Help Error: Cannot Use CTRL+UP ARROW

SYMPTOMS

Using the CTRL+UP ARROW and CTRL+DOWN ARROW key combinations do not allow you to change the order in which the documents print.

The "Changing Document Order" section in Print Manager Help incorrectly states these key combinations allow you to change the order in which the documents prints.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows for Workgroups Print Manager Help version 3.1 and version 3.11. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
