Word for Windows NT Err Msg in Windows 95: Out of Memory

SYMPTOMS

When you copy information from one application and then try to paste it into Microsoft Word for Windows NT, you receive the following error message:

   Out of Memory

CAUSE

This error occurs because the application you are copying from does not support OLE functions.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Word version 6.0 for Windows NT. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND

Copy the information to WordPad, reselect it, choose Copy from the Edit menu, and then paste it into Word for Windows NT.
