SYMPTOMS

A window's title bar, which should appear at the top of the window, may be at the bottom of the window and contain garbled text.

CAUSE

Programs that exhibit this behavior are designed to paint their own title bars instead of letting Windows handle this function for them.

RESOLUTION

Contact the program's manufacturer to inquire about an updated or corrected version of the program.
