WordPad Print Preview Inaccurate Using Generic Text Printer

SYMPTOMS

When you preview a document in WordPad using the Print Preview command, the previewed page may be blank or truncated, or may contain text that is too large to display.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you are using the Generic/Text Only printer driver.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft WordPad for Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
