SYMPTOMS

When you print an envelope on a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 540 printer, the output may not appear as you expect.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain an updated DeskJet 540 driver.

An updated DeskJet 540 driver is available for download from the following Microsoft File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site:

   ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/Services/whql/drivers/win95/printr/

The filename is A882.exe.
