Cannot Resume Paused Print Job on Windows NT 3.5 Server

SYMPTOMS

When you print from Windows 95 to a printer attached to a Microsoft Windows NT 3.5 server, you may not be able to resume printing the document if you pause the print job.

RESOLUTION

If printing is not resumed when you click Resume Printing, drag the document down just a little in the Printer Status window and then release it. Printing should resume.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
