The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSAfter you install a Microsoft input device driver, the Microsoft Input Devices folder may be empty. All other aspects of Setup are completed successfully.
RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, add the missing shortcuts to the Microsoft Input Devices folder manually. The following sections list the file names and locations for the shortcuts. Place shortcuts to these files in the Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Input Devices folder.
