Dialing with Eicon PCMCIA ISDN Adapter May Hang Computer

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to dial using an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) connectoid, your computer may stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you are using an Eicon PCMCIA ISDN adapter. The problem is caused by the hardware version of the adapter.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Eicon Technologies for an updated revision of the adapter.
