SYMPTOMSWhen you change the default language to Belarusian, Bulgarian, Polish, Russian, Slovenian, or Spanish, you may receive the following error message:
Windows could not change the default language because it does not match the character set (code page) that your computer is currently using. Choose another language. CAUSEThis error occurs because the regional settings do not match the default language.
