SYMPTOMWhen you try to start an MS-DOS prompt from within Windows 95, Windows 95 may quit, and your computer may restart in MS-DOS mode.
CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the MS-DOS Mode check box in the Advanced Program Settings dialog box is selected.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
