NetWare Printers or Volumes Unavailable in Windows 95

SYMPTOMS

Persistent connections to print queues or volumes on two or more NetWare servers may be inadvertently disconnected. This may occur when you log on, or during normal usage.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 (OSR2). A fix to this problem is in development, but has not been regression tested and may be destabilizing in production environments. Microsoft does not recommend implementing this fix at this time. Contact Microsoft Technical Support for more information about the availability of this fix.
