Windows NT Does Not Detect Ultrastor 14F SCSI Controller

SYMPTOMS

Windows NT may fail to Detect the Ultrastor 14F SCSI Controller on some machines, including Gateway 2000 computers.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you are using an older version of the Ultrastor ROM chip.

RESOLUTION

To obtain the updated ROM chip, call the Ultrastor BBS at (510) 623-9091, or Ultrastor Product Support at (714) 581-4125.
