The redirector was unable to create a worker thread CAUSEAn operation required more threads than the MaxThreads entry specified in your configuration information.
RESOLUTIONIncrease the value of MaxThreads. It can be found under the following key in the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet \Services\Lanmanworkstation\parametersWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide problems that may require you to reinstall Windows NT to correct them. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.
MORE INFORMATIONIncreasing the workstation services MaxThreads parameter increases the number of kernel threads that the redirector will create, thus allowing more operations to be outstanding at any given time. The parameter can be set from 0 to 255 (the default is 17). For more information on network parameters, query on the following words in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
