CAUSEThis is caused by either corrupt system files or a bad motherboard.
RESOLUTIONContact the DEC NT Support group (800-354-9000); to do so you must have a valid DEC PC serial number. If the problem is the motherboard and not corrupt system files, swapping out only the CPU does not correct the problem.
