SYMPTOMSWhen you install the DigiBoard PC/8e and restart Windows NT, the Event Viewer displays an error message stating that registry parameters are missing. Inspection with the Registry Editor shows the DigiBoard driver parameters key is empty. WARNING: Using the Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system- wide problems that may require you to reinstall Windows NT to correct them. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of the Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1.
