SYMPTOMS

When you are setting up Windows NT on a Gateway 2000 P5-66, Setup fails if there are non-PCI peripherals in the computer.

CAUSE

The Gateway 2000 P5-66 with PCI bus does not mark IRQs used by non-PCI bus peripherals as being used. Setup fails if you don't manually mark these as used in the CMOS.
