The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSYou cannot print to your printer's lower output tray.
CAUSEIn Windows NT 3.1 and 3.5, the miniport driver does not have the option to change the location of output tray. The output tray is defaulted to the upper bin.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT 3.1 and 3.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
