"Ghost" Mouse Pointers on Quattro Pro for MS-DOS Spreadsheets

SYMPTOMS

When you move the pointer rapidly on Borland Quattro Pro for MS-DOS spreadsheets displayed in character mode, some characters may remain highlighted after the mouse has moved off their cells.

WORKAROUND

Select a different cell to trigger a screen redraw.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
