SYMPTOMSWhen you install Windows NT on a Compaq computer that has two hard disk drives, and the second drive is unpartitioned, the following error message appears:
Stop 0x0000008B There might be a virus on your system. Restart and set the recovery options in the control panel or the /CRASHDEBUG system start option. If this message reappears contact your systems administrator or your internal support group. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Workstation and Windows NT Server version 3.5. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.5. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
