User Removed from Account Operators Can Still Edit Accounts

SYMPTOMS

After you remove a user from the Account Operators group, the user is still able to edit other user accounts originally created by the user.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.5. This problem was corrected in Windows NT version 3.51.
