Print Manager: Owner Appears as System Printing from Macintosh

SYMPTOMS

When you print from a Macintosh client to a Windows NT 3.51 server, Windows NT Print Manager incorrectly shows the print job owner name to be System instead of your Macintosh user name.

Windows NT Server 3.5 correctly displays your Macintosh user name as the owner.

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, install the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.51.

STATUS
