WinFax Pro Software Causes 16-bit Applications To Hang

SYMPTOMS

Delrina WinFax Pro uses a 16-bit application to send a fax through the print services of a WinFax driver. If you have configured the WinFax driver as the default printer driver, a Delrina WinFax Pro Send dialog box appears when you print. When you choose a cover page or switch to the 16-bit application to perform additional work, all 16-bit applications, including Delrina WinFax Pro, stop responding (hang).

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, install the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.51.

STATUS
