SYMPTOMSWhen Windows NT loads and the WINLOGIN dialog box appears if you log on immediately, you computer seems to hang for approximately two minutes. Afterwards, Program Manager appears but the your home directory connection has not been made and no errors have been logged. This occurs when:

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Workstation versions 3.51 and 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
