BackupExec 6.0 Not Backing Up WFW in Windows NT 3.51 SP3

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to back up a Windows for Workgroups 3.11 share using Arcada BackupExec 6.0 in Windows NT 3.51 Service Pack 3, no files are available for backup. You are able to view the files in Windows NT File Manager.

RESOLUTION

This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT 3.51.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
