Service Pack Overwrites Localized Version of Windows NT

SYMPTOMS

After you install a Service Pack on you localized version of Windows NT, some of the User Interface is localized and some is in English.

CAUSE

You have installed the U.S. Service Pack over your localized version of Windows NT.

RESOLUTION

This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.51. The Service Pack installer now checks to verify that you are installing the correct language of Service Pack onto your localized version of Windows NT.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
