SYMPTOMS

When you use the Internet Explorer 1.5 Help in Windows NT 3.5, the following error message appears: 

   A newer version ofhelp is needed to read this help file.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Explorer version 1.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
