The D-Link DE-650 PCMCIA Ethernet Adapter is listed in the Windows NT 3.51 Hardware Compatibility List (HCL).

Windows NT 3.1 and 3.5 drivers are available for the following D-Link network adapters:

Windows NT 3.1, 3.5, and 3.51 drivers are available for the following D- Link network adapters:

   DFE-500TX (10/100 Mb) PCI Network Interface Card
