FPNW: Home Directory Root Path Does Not Change

The information in this article applies to:

- Microsoft Windows NT Server version 3.51

SYMPTOMS

"SYS" is always the home directory for a NetWare client even if a different one is specified under the "Home directory root path" in the FPNW tool in the Control Panel an FPNW server.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in File and Print Services for NetWare version 3.51. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
