Windows NT Detects Only 16 MB RAM on ERGO Notebook

SYMPTOMS

Windows NT 4.0 detects only 16 MB of RAM on the ERGO notebook computer. Windows NT 3.51 correctly detects all 32 MB of RAM.

CAUSE

This is a BIOS problem with the ERGO notebook.

RESOLUTION

Upgrade the computer's BIOS.

  • Ergo PowerBrick 66
