SUMMARYThe Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 660c and 855C printer drivers included with Windows NT version 4.0 provides only monochrome printing at 600 dots per inch (dpi), although the printer is capable of color printing at 600 dpi x 300 dpi.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
