SYMPTOMSWhen you use the Set Path= statement and have the path in quotation marks, executable programs that run within that path are not able to find associated .dll files within that path.
CAUSEWhen you use the Set Path= statement and have the path in quotation marks, it will cause executable programs to run within that path, and will not be able to find associated .dll files within that path.
