Error Message: Error Access Is Denied

SYMPTOMS

When you click Who Am I on the Network Neighborhood context menu, you may receive the following error message:

   NetWare Network
   Error Access is denied.
   occurred while trying to get connection information.

CAUSE

This error can occur if you are logged on as a user who is not a member of the Administrators group on the Windows NT-based computer, and you are logged in to an NDS tree.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
