SYMPTOMS16-bit applications that ran without errors in Windows NT 3.51 may cause an access violation when they are run in Windows NT 4.0 similar to the following:
<Application> caused an access violation in NTDLL.DLL at 0x77f645bf. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S. Service Pack.
