The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you run Character Map in Pan Chinese Windows NT Workstation version 4.0 using Chinese (Taiwan) locale, the displayed Chinese characters and the selected Chinese characters do not match. When you open Character Map, select a character, and then click Copy, the wrong character is copied to the Characters to Copy text box. The Chinese (PRC) and (Hong Kong) locales do not have this problem.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
