Windbg - Unable to Load Mspdb41.dll and Shcv.dll

SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following errors while trying to use the Windbg.exe program provided with the Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3:

   The dynamic link library Mspdb41.dll could not be found in the specified
   path/

   Cannot load the DLL 'Shvc.dll'.

CAUSE

The Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 CD does not contain all the files necessary to run Windbg.exe. Windbg.exe requires that you have the Win32 SDK installed on the system.
