SYMPTOMSWhen a backup operation begins, and it uses Seagate Backup Exec version 6.0, the following blue screen STOP error may appear:
STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x00550051, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). CAUSEThe error occurs if Intel LanDesk version 2.52 is installed on the system along with the Seagate Backup Exec version 6.0 software.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, remove Intel LanDesk.
