SYMPTOMSWhen you access a share on a Windows NT server from a Windows NT client, you may receive one of the following error messages:
Event ID : 2011 Source : Srv Description: The Server's configuration parameter "IRPStackSize" is too small for the server to use a local device. Please increase the value of this parameter. CAUSEIBM AntiVirus 3.01N (Build 301.590) may cause this problem.
RESOLUTIONThe problem is solved with the newest version(301.612) of IBM AntiVirus or by removing IBM AntiVirus 3.01N.
