Show Next and Show Previous Buttons Go to Wrong Header/Footer

SYMPTOMS

When you choose the Show Next or Show Previous button on the Header and Footer toolbar, Word for Windows may go to the incorrect header or footer. For example, in a document that contains different odd and even headers or footers, Word goes from the odd header/footer in one section to the odd header/footer in the next section when you choose the Show Next button. In other words, Word skips the even header/footer for the first section.
