SUMMARY

If you close the floating Full Screen or Macro toolbar while you are in full screen view or while a macro editing window is open, you can re- display the toolbar by doing the following in Word for Windows:

  1. From the View menu, choose Toolbars (if you are in full screen view, press ALT, V, then choose the Toolbars command).

  2. Select the Full Screen or Macro toolbar option and then choose OK.

MORE INFORMATION

The Full Screen toolbar appears in the View Toolbars dialog box only when Word is in full screen view. Similarly, the Macro toolbar appears only when a macro editing window is open. To initially display these toolbars, you must switch to full screen view or open a macro editing window.
