SUMMARYYou can add commands to the shortcut menus (which you open in Word for Windows by clicking the right mouse button) using the Customize command on the Tools menu. This article lists the shortcut menus and provides an example to show you how to add the Full Screen View command to the Text shortcut menu. Shortcut menus are context-sensitive, which means that Word determines which menu to display based on the text or item you point to. For example, the Text shortcut menu appears when you click-right on text in your document, whereas the Table Cells shortcut menu appears when you click- right in a table cell.
