SYMPTOMS

MORE INFORMATION

The LaserMaster 4.0a printer driver requires the LaserMaster Professional controller. The Professional Controller is an older product and 4.0a is the latest, but last, release of Windows software for it. Microsoft tested Word 6.0 with the WinJet and WinPrinter LaserMaster products and their software version 1.70 for these products. We cannot guarantee compatibility with the earlier versions of the products.

According to LaserMaster, new applications may have problems with the Professional series drivers. LaserMaster is offering special pricing on upgrades to the WinJet series for customers experiencing these problems. Customers can contact LaserMaster at (612) 944-3636 for information on the upgrade. LaserMaster technical support can be reached at (612) 944-9331.

The LaserMaster products included here were manufactured by a vendor independent of Microsoft; we make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding these products’ performance or reliability.
