SYMPTOMSWhen you print a custom-size document to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4P or 4MP printer (using HPPCL5E.DRV versions 31.1.25 through 31.1.27) or the HP 4ML printer (using the version 3.55 of the PSCRIPT.DRV), you have an unusually large right unprintable region. Envelopes other than sizes Com10, DL, C5, B5, or Monarch will not print correctly since they are generated by using a custom paper size. Some common sizes that will NOT print correctly are:

MORE INFORMATIONIf you are printing a custom-size portrait document, the right unprintable region will be .26 inch. If you are printing a custom-size landscape document, the right unprintable region will be up to 2.31 inches or up to 3.1 inches. The size of the unprintable regions changes with differences in the custom paper size. Microsoft Write shows the unprintable regions to be .25 inch for all sizes.
