SYMPTOMSWhen you create a new document based on the Agenda Wizard and you delete a topic in the agenda topics list, when you advance to the screen to confirm your agenda topics, the deleted topic time allotment displays on the agenda list. This problem occurs with any topic except the last topic.
CAUSEThis behavior is by design. When you create a new document based on the Agenda Wizard, any information that you previously entered in the Agenda Wizard is stored in the wizard, making the information available the next time you use the Agenda Wizard.
RESOLUTIONTo remove the deleted topic, use the Move Down button in the second dialog box to place the persistent topic at the bottom of the list of topics. Choose the Back button to return to the previous dialog box. Delete the last entry (that is, the time in the Minutes Allocated field). Choose the Next button, and you should see that the topic has been deleted. Choose the Finish button to display your finished agenda document.
