SUMMARY

By design AutoCorrect entries are stored in the Normal template. In this way, you have access to AutoCorrect entries whenever you create a document based on a template other than Normal.

AutoCorrect is a new feature of Word 6.0 that allows Word to quickly insert text or graphics automatically as you type. For example, you can store abbreviations for words or phrases, frequently used graphics, special characters, or text with unusual formatting. In addition you can use this feature to correct misspelled words and punctuation errors automatically.
