Macro Shortcut Keys with ALT Don't Copy to Other Templates

SYMPTOMS

Macro shortcut key combinations containing ALT as part of the keyboard sequence are not copied to another template through the Organizer. The macros are copied. Shortcut combinations containing CTRL copy correctly.

STATUS

We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUNDS

Method 1: After copying or moving the macro to another template, reassign a

          shortcut combination to the macro.

Method 2: Change the shortcut assignment for the macro prior to moving it
          to another template.
