SUMMARYBy default, Microsoft Word for the Macintosh displays publishers and subscribers similarly: that is, as text in your document. As a result, you cannot tell the difference between a publisher (which Word marks with a bookmark) and a subscriber (which Word includes in your document using a SUBSCRIBER field) unless you change the View options. To change the View options, click Options on the Tools menu (in Word 98 click Preferences) and then click the View tab. To view publishers, click to select the Bookmarks check box; and to view subscribers, click to select the Field Codes check box, and then click OK.
MORE INFORMATIONYou can also locate publishers in your document using the Go To command on the Edit menu.
