SGML Author: Button Text Doesn't Fit on Buttons

SYMPTOMS

The button text is too large to fit on the buttons.

CAUSE

You are using the Diamond Stealth VRAM 800 x 600 x 256 driver with Large Fonts.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SGML Author for Word, version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUNDS

Method 1: Use small fonts instead of Large Fonts.

Method 2: Change your video driver to a standard Windows SVGA driver.
