SYMPTOMSWhen you are working in the header or footer window and you click once on the Help button on the Standard toolbar to examine text properties (that is use the "Reveal Formats" feature), the mouse pointer changes shape, but clicking on text does not reveal formatting information. STATUSMicrosoft is researching this problem, and we will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. This problem does not occur with Word 6.0 or 6.0a for Windows or with Word 6.0 or 6.0.1 for the Macintosh.
